We are 5 people that fell in love with this area of Mid Portugal at the foot of the Serra da Estrela.

Our tribe's goal is to live in community, be surprised by what every new day brings and live in harmony with the stunning soul connecting nature.

Over the past 4 years we have built most of the main infrastructure.

We have now a community building, private and shared apartments, area for camping and tenting, a pool, a chicken house, a greenhouse, a vegetable garden, a separate building with showers, toilets and sinks to cater for the upcoming events center and storage areas.

In 2015 one of us bought this 11 ha property with his family and decided to share it. With the first new residents the form of a ‘deelgenootschap’ was chosen. This translates roughly as a ‘partnership’. in a ‘deelgenootschap’. roughly translated as a ‘partnership’. In essence it is about having equal say without having to invest equally
financially. It is about freedom, harmony, sharing and togetherness. 

 

We have a shared vision.

Most of us have (to our surprise) become older. Therefore one of our priorities is to attract younger generations to join us on a shared vision and path.
